Our story began with two modest adjoining properties located directly opposite the Durban University of Technology (DUT) in Durban. Originally, these homes were rented out individually, serving the accommodation needs of students while laying the foundation for a much larger dream.
Recognising the growing demand for safe, affordable, and conveniently located student housing, we embarked on a long-term journey of reinvestment and development. Every rental income generated from the properties was carefully channelled back into the vision of creating a purpose-built student residence that would provide a better living and learning environment for future generations.
Today, our residence offers students more than just a place to stay. We provide a community-focused environment where comfort, security, convenience, and academic success come together. Located within walking distance of DUT, our residence allows students to spend less time commuting and more time focusing on their studies and enjoying student life.
